Summary

The purpose of these Regulations is to regulate the procedure and criterias contemplated in Chapter 5 of the Act relating to the preparation, evaluation, submision, procesing and consideration of, and decision on, aplications for environmental authorisations for the comencement of activities, subjected to environmental impact asesment, in order to avoid or mitigate detrimental impacts on the environment, and to ptimise positive nvironmental impacts, and for maters pertaining thereto.
