Summary

The aim of the Energy Administration Act is to serve the purpose of upgrading energy administration aimed at rational and efficient utilization of energy. As stipulated in Article 12, energy users whose contract capacity is more than 800KW shall report energy consumption data, including the categories, quantities, items, efficiency, period and methods for the submission of energy consumption.
