Summary

The aim of the Public and Private Premises Possessing Stationary Pollution Sources Emissions Reporting Management Regulations is to report the annual air pollutant emissions quantities of their stationary pollution sources. Public and private premises with stationary pollution sources that emit air pollutants shall report its air pollutant emissions quantities, including particulate pollutants, SOx, NOx, VOCs, etc., using an online platform before the last day of April, July, and October of each year and January of the following year.
