174-27 Waste Disposal Act - Carrots & Sticks

Summary

The Waste Disposal Act is formulated for the effective clearance and disposal of waste, improvement of environmental sanitation and maintenance of public health. According to the Article 31, enterprises of a certain size that is designated and officially announced by the central competent authority shall perform the following matters within a certain time period demanded by the official announcement - it shall report (a) the basic information, (b)the type and quantities of general waste, (c) the quantities of general waste stored in the enterprise, and (d) the clearance, disposal, reuse, and output of general waste.
