Corporate Governance Best-Practice Principles for SITEs/SICEs, 2008

Summary

In order to assist securities investment trust enterprises ("SITEs") and securities investment consulting enterprises ("SICEs") conducting discretionary investment business (hereinafter collectively referred to as the "Member companies") to establish a sound corporate governance system, protect investors' interests, and promote a healthy development of the securities market, the Securities Investment Trust and Consulting Association of the R.O.C. ("SITCA") hereby adopts the Principles as a guideline for Member companies' reference.
