177-15 Notification of Ministry of Industry. Re: Preparation of report on the study of prevention and mitigation measures on the impact to environmental quality and safety B.E. 2552

Summary

Any entity that wishes to request for a factory operation or factory expansion permit shall prepare a report on the prevention and mitigation of impacts to environmental quality and safety resulting from operations. Article 2 of the Notification details what must be included in the report for both the environmental and safety aspects. The finished reports shall be submitted with the permit application forms to the appropriate Provincial Industrial Office.
