Summary

The Principles of Good Corporate Governance, published in 2006, is an updated version of the 15 principles announced in March 2002. More principles have been added to be comprehensive and comparable to the Principles of Corporate Governance of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). This version also includes the recommendations made by the World Bank in its Report on the Observance of Standards and Codes related to Thailand corporate governance (CG-ROSC).
