Summary

This document is the second edition of the Environmental Assessment Guidelines Volume I: Generic. The new edition includes guidelines for Environmental Management Systems and Environmental Management Plans. Although the legislative framework regarding these Guidelines is not yet in place all stakeholders, both governmental and non-governmental, are strongly urged to use these guidelines as a basis for good environmental management practices.
