22-32 Novo Mercado Listing Regulation

Summary

This regulation establishes the requirements applicable to the trading of securities issued by publicly traded companies on the special listing segment of the stock market operated by BM&FBOVESPA S.A. – Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (“BM&FBOVESPA”), known as Novo Mercado, which sets forth enhanced corporate governance standards for the listing of such Companies, as well as rules applicable to their Senior Managers and shareholders, including the Controlling Shareholders.
