Summary

The purpose of this ordinance to obtain complete and reliable information about the activities on the waste by determining the order for keeping records and for the order and the terms for providing information on the respective samples by the persons under art and to receive complete and reliable information about the products placed on the market, after the use of which widespread waste is formed, according to the ordinances according to art. 13, para. 1 ZUO.
