This Corporate Governance Code based on the OECD Principles (2004) (hereinafter the “2004 Code”) was prepared in the light of the need to update the original Corporate Governance Code based on the OECD Principles of 2001 (hereinafter the “2001 Code”) drawn up by the Securities Commission (hereinafter “SEC”) in cooperation with experts of the British Know How Fund.
