Summary

The purpose of this Law is to consolidate the participation of the State in the promotion and gradual execution of the program for the rational use of energy. Likewise, it is proposed to establish the mechanisms to achieve the efficient use of energy and replace them when it suits the country, considering the protection of the environment.
