49-8 Irrigation and Drainage Law (Decree No. 153)

Summary

The purpose of this Law is to increase agricultural production and productivity through the rational use of soil and water resources, as well as the extension of the benefits derived from said increase, to the largest possible number of inhabitants of the country.
