Summary

This Regulation provides for the national implementation of Commission Regulation 2012/601/EU on the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gas emissions pursuant to Article 14 (1) of Directive 2003/87 / EC of the European Parliament and of the Council, hereinafter " the Emissions Trading Regulation ". In addition to the provisions of this Regulation, the Commission's Emissions Monitoring Regulation shall apply to the monitoring and reporting of greenhouse gases.
