6-10 Law 9.013 - Social Security

Summary

This law, in accordance with Article 130 of the Provincial Constitution, establishes The Provincial Institute of Social Responsibility for Sustainable Development. The Institute's mission is to build a culture of Social Responsibility for Sustainable Development of the Province, promoting a proactive attitude in the people, institutions, companies and civil society organizations of the Province. These objectives will be achieved through broad theoretical knowledge production; conducting research work; creating spaces for dialogue that consider the diversity of ideas and the implementation of specific actions.
