Summary

This law regulates the chemical compounds included in Annex "A" of the Montreal Protocol, relating to Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. The producers of controlled substances and the manufacturers of products that use them shall submit to the enforcement authority, in the time and manner indicated by the regulations, a sworn statement on the quantity and type of substances produced and used, respectively.
