Summary

This law establishes a series of modifications to the Mining Code in order to carry out the protection of the environment and the conservation of the natural and cultural heritage that may be affected by mining activity. All natural and legal persons, public and private, centralized and decentralized entities and companies of the National, Provincial and Municipal State that develop mining activities are included within the regime of this Code.
