Summary
This law repeals Law number 25.250 and its regulatory rules, modifying the minimum limit, establishing as a minimum compensation limit in cases of dismissal arranged by the employer without just cause, regardless of whether or not there has been prior notice, compensation equivalent to one month's salary for each year of service or greater fraction.
