This Guidance Note provides (1) a series of guidelines for IFSA Members in determining their approach to Corporate Governance, voting and other issues proposed by public companies in which they invest; (2) a series of guidelines for public companies in relation to a range of Corporate Governance issues including disclosure, board and board committee composition, non-executive directors, board and executive remuneration policy and disclosure.
