Summary

This guide was prepared in view of the development of the national economy at all levels, and in line with the Jordan Securities Commission (JSC)’s efforts to develop the national capital market and its regulatory and organizational framework. It contains rules of corporate governance for shareholding companies listed at Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) for the purpose of establishing a clear framework that regulates their relations and management and defines their rights, duties and responsibilities in order to realize their objectives and safeguard the rights of all stakeholders.
