Civil Aeronautics Act, 2006

The purpose of this Act is to promote the development of civil and general aviation and to enhance public welfare. It does this by requiring methods to ensure aircraft safety, prevent problems arising from navigation and improve convenience for users through proper and rational management of airline businesses. The Act makes it compulsory for airline businesses to issue annual safety reports.
