Taiwan Current 2013

Following the Taiwan Stock Exchange’s “corporate governance evaluation”, listed companies complete a self-evaluation based on various criteria since 2014. Based on the evaluation, a list of top 5%, 20% and 50% companies are published. The corporate governance evaluation can be used to review a company’s internal operation. It can also assist investors and companies in understanding the effectiveness of corporate governance and a company’s position in the industry.
