Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles for TWSE/GTSM-Listed Companies, 2014

Taiwan Current 2014

Taiwan’s Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) instructed the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TWSE) and Taipei Exchange (TPEx) to launch “Corporate Social Responsibility Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx-Listed Companies” and “Ethical Corporate Management Best Practice Principles for TWSE/TPEx-Listed Companies” in 2010. Amended in 2014, the Best Practice Principles guides companies listed on the TWSE and the GreTai Securities Market (now Taipei Exchange TPEx) in fulfilling their corporate social responsibilities. The TWSE and GTSM jointly adopted the Best Practice Principles, helping listed companies to establish their own CSR principles and manage their environmental and social risks effectively.
