Listing Rule 4.10.3, Australian Stock Exchange (ASX),

ASX Listing Rule 4.10.3 applies to all companies listed on the ASX and requires companies to annually disclose the extent to which they have followed the recommendations set by the ASX Corporate Governance Council which include the establishment of a code of conduct on issues related to the community, pollution and environmental controls and how sustainability considerations have been integrated into the company’s risk management process.
