Norma de Carácter General N° 385 on Governance Disclosure by Listed Corporations, 2015

This regulation by the stock exchange supervisory authority (Superintendencia de Valores y Seguros / SVS) of Chile establishes the obligation for listed companies to disclose to the SVS their practices of governance, social responsibility and sustainable development. In the absence of policies related to the above mentioned themes, the company must explain why it did not judge appropriate to do so.
