Summary
This Law determines the legal, economic and organizational bases of the state policy in the field of employment assistance, as well as state guarantees in the field of social protection of job seekers and unemployed persons in accordance with Article 35 and paragraph 1 of Part I of Article 94 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
