Summary
These Rules were developed in connection with the implementation of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 501 of June 11, 2001 "On the application of the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan" On protection of atmospheric air "and determine the rules of state registration of harmful substances and physical effects. The main purpose of the state registration of harmful effects on the atmosphere is to obtain information on the objects that have a harmful effect, the amount and composition of harmful substances released into the atmosphere, as well as the types and scale of harmful physical effects on the atmosphere.
