Summary
This document is concerned with a Decree of 25 June 2015, establishing the Decree on major-accident hazards 2015 and a revision of several other decrees related to the implementation of Directive 2012/18/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 4 July 2012 related to the control of major-accident hazards involving dangerous substances, amending and subsequently repealing Council Directive 96/82/EC (Decree on major-accident hazards 2015).
