Summary
Law No. 29783 on Health and Safety at work, aims to promote a preventive risk culture in the country, that involves employees, employers, the State, and Trade Union organizations. Employers must produce a management report which contains policies and objectives related to health and safety at work, internal regulations (when employers have more than 20 employees), risk assessments, preventive activities and an annual program. Additionally, employers must comply with the mandatory records of the management system of health and safety, this information should also be sent to the National Council of Health and Safety.
