Summary
As a result of the creation of the special commission, it drafted this Report, which begins with this preamble, continues with a reflection on the criteria of transparency and security in the markets and makes a number of recommendations about the relationship between listed companies and the aforementioned professional services firms and about improved corporate governance, in line with the mandate it received. The Commission is in agreement on the overall document presented as a Report, even if it does not reflect the individual opinion of each of its members about each of the matters which are discussed.
