Summary
This Regulation is applicable to designated factories and buildings, as determined in Energy Conservation Promotion Act B.E. 2535 (1992). Designated factory owners shall collect data on production, energy consumption and energy conservation, and submit this using the BorPorRor.1 form. While designated building owners shall collect data on both the latter two metrics and on building utilization also, and submit this using the BorPorAor.1 form. Monthly data from January to June and from July to December is to be submitted in the following July and January, respectively. Submissions of the data shall be made to the Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency.
