Summary

A self-regulatory Code, called "Code of Good Practices in the Construction Industry", of general application, was approved by the Chilean Chamber of Construction on December 13, 2014. The document contains the requirements and actions that allow a good relationship between all parties involved in a construction project. The CChC will promote the execution of social projects through the entities that make up its Social Network. The Code should address, mainly, ethical aspects, also covering the following topics: care for the environment, the 67 relationship with the community and standards on quality and safety in the industry.
