Summary
New and used vehicles with diesel or gasoline engines that enter the country after the entry into force of this Decree, must comply with the minimum gas emission standards established in the current Traffic Law or with the specifications of the European Economic Community or the Federal specifications of the United States of America under the procedure called US-FTP-75, as long as they do not contravene or are inferior to the provisions of the current Traffic Law.
