39-4 Decision on the Promulgation of the Law on Sustainable Waste Management

Summary

This Act determines measures for the prevention or reduction of harmful effects of waste on human health and the environment by reducing the amount of waste generated and / or production and regulates waste management without the use of risky procedures for human health and the environment, using valuable properties waste.
