Summary
This Regulation prescribes limit values for emissions of air pollutants from stationary sources, monitoring and evaluation of emissions, entry of data on stationary sources using organic solvents or products containing volatile organic compounds in the register, the method of reducing emissions of air pollutants, and the deadline for submission of emission reports to the Environmental Protection Agency, the method of informing the public, the method of submitting data to the competent authorities of the European Union and the permitted exceeding of emission limit values for a certain period.
