Summary
The purpose of this Law is to promote the socially responsible behaviour of companies and organizations in general, in the design and materialization of their policies, in order to achieve an objective assessment and evaluation of social, environmental, economic and financial sustainability. To this end, the legal framework of the Balance of Corporate Social and Environmental Responsibility (BRSAE) is established.
