Summary
This decree approves the General Regulations of Public Hearings for the National Executive Power, for the Publicity of the Management of Interests in the scope of the National Executive Power, for the Participative Elaboration of Norms, of Access to Information Public for the National Executive Power and Open Meetings of the Regulatory Entities of Public Services, Registration forms, registration and presentation of opinions and proposals. Free and open access via the Internet to the daily edition of the Official Gazette of the Argentine Republic is established. This decree is applicable to public hearings convened in the sphere of agencies, entities, companies, companies, dependencies, and any other entity that functions under the jurisdiction of the National Executive Power.
