Summary
This Law establishes the provisions for the generation, handling, transportation, treatment and disposal of hazardous waste in places subject to national jurisdiction or, even if located in the territory of a province, they are intended for transportation outside of it, or when at the discretion of the enforcement authority, such waste could affect people or the environment beyond the border of the province in which it was generated.
