}

Summary

The guidelines aim to constitute a framework for international regulations, practical trends, and integrated environmental reporting. In order that these guidelines be easy to use by both advanced entities as well as mid-sized and smaller entities, the guidelines themselves are to be compact in structure and be supplemented by guidance and technical notes, containing processes for environmental report creation, explanations of difficult report items, and various examples.
