Summary
This Law regulates the processes of production, transmission and consumption of electricity and heat, outlining the obligations of those companies who produce and transmit energy in Kazakhstan. In terms of reporting, Article 12 requires those energy companies that do not use renewable energy sources to submit an annual report to the authorized body. This report is to contain the annual information on the costs and sizes of production and sales of electric energy, and is to be submitted no later than 31 March the following year.
