Amendments to Public Limited Companies Act of 1997

The centre of attention has been on the public limited companies, especially the stock-listed companies. The quota regulation for state owned and inter-municipal companies became effective in 2004, for new public limited companies in 2006, and for all public limited companies in 2008, for municipal and cooperative companies in 2009.
