Czech Republic Current 2004

The Code is primarily based on the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance (2004) and is intended predominantly for companies whose securities are listed on the Stock Exchange, although other companies are encouraged to apply it as well. Chapter 5 recommends timely and accurate disclosure on all material matters regarding the corporation, including the financial situation, performance, ownership, and governance of the company.
