Corporate Social Responsibility bill (Proyecto de ley) 0999-S/12

The objective of the bill is to promote voluntary, socially responsible behavior of organizations. It refers to National Labor Law No. 25.877, regarding Social Balance, 2004 for sustainability reporting.

From the design, development and commissioning of policies, plans, programs, projects and operations to work towards achieving social objectives, by focusing its activities on issues such as child protection, eradication of child labor and poverty, respect human rights and environmental responsible behavior based on the prevention and remedying of environmental damage.
