Under Article 2.2.2.4.5.2 applicants submitting to obtain a public contract need to disclose, among other things, factors that affect the normal execution of the project, among others, social, environmental, property or ecological factors and initial proposal of mitigation of the potential impact for the execution of the project. Additionally, under Article 2.2.2.1.5.5, applicants must submit a cost-benefit evaluation of the project analyzing the social, economic and environmental impact of the project on the population directly affected, evaluating the expected socioeconomic benefits.
