The goal is to impose administrative liability against legal persons for the offence of foreign bribery.

Within all sectors, it covers legal persons, companies and associations, even those that do not have legal personality. Specifically, it concerns the organisational unit of the corporation having financial and functional autonomy, or persons subject to the management or supervision of one of these organisational units. Penalties for violating these acts are: fines, applications of confiscation, prohibitive sanctions, suspended sentences.
