Finnish Corporate Governance Code

Finland Current 2015

It represent a revision of the 2010 code, seeks to promote transparency, openness and comparability but reduce administrative burden of the companies. Stipulates a significantly decrease in number of recommendations, but adds diversity and non-discrimination as an element of importance.
