The annual MoU between Central Public Sector Enterprises (CPSEs) and Government Ministries defines the targets and objectives for CPSE, in which a fixed amount are defined for CSR and Sustainable Development. The guidelines address these agreements. It has the UN Guiding Principles in its annex.
