The report includes an analysis on the basis of relevant indicators, based in particular on quantitative elements, defined by decree and possibly supplemented by indicators that reflect the specific situation of the company, to assess, for each occupational group of the company, the situation of women and men in hiring, training, professional promotion, qualification, classification, working conditions and effective compensation. The report should indicate the action plan that has been followed to enforce gender equality.
