Aim is to define a medium and long term framework to ensure an orderly transformation of our economy towards a low economy in Carbon, which is what Paris demands. The future standard should establish a single institutional framework that provides agility and coherence to all actions, and promotes those that have a greater capacity to achieve the objectives of reducing emissions, participation of renewables and increasing. Efficiency at the lowest cost so that energy policy and the fight against climate change is a vector that favors economic activity, competitiveness and job creation.
