This law relates to Limited Liability Companies. Article 66 mandates all limited liability companies to include coverage of environmental and social responsibility programs in the annual report.

Social and Environmental Responsibility as referred to in paragraph (1) shall constitutes the obligation of the Company which is budgeted and calculated as the cost of the Company, implementation of which shall be performed with due observance to the appropriateness and fairness. The Company which fails to perform its obligation as referred to in paragraph (1) shall be imposed with sanction in accordance with the provision of regulation.
